How do you ship? We ship via Federal Express Ground, which delivers right to your door. Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via U.S.P.S. I'm trying to place an order online but am being told that the numbers are not valid. What should I do?? If you are using the Search box, type only the item number.When using "Quick Order", you must type the number immediately followed (no space) by the capitalized letters PZ (for puzzles) or PS (for posters).For example: 123PZ How long will it take to get my order? We ask that you allow up to two weeks for delivery via FedEx, but it usually doesn’t take that long. We’re located in New Hampshire, so it depends on how far you are from us. Do you ship internationally? No, we do not. Due to expense, customer service & delivery issues, we ship only within the United States (including Hawaii & Alaska for a slightly higher fee). I need my order ASAP. Do you have expedited shipping? Yes, but please be forewarned that it’s very expensive. We can ship FedEx Next Day Air or Second Day Air. The cost is determined by the total for your order and which FedEx zone you’re in (i.e. which part of the country). Give us a call to get a price for expedited shipping. I have a duplicate puzzle – can it be exchanged for a different one? Yes, if it hasn’t been opened and is in re-saleable condition. Just package it so that it won’t get crushed – preferably within an outer box, cushioned by paper or some other packing material. Please include a note telling us which puzzle you want as a replacement, and be sure to include the $4 shipping fee to send the new puzzle to you. If you have more than one puzzle, please add $1 to the fee for each additional puzzle. Do you have a store near me? We sell our puzzles to stores all over the country, so there’s a good chance that one is near you. We can look up locations by zip code, so give us a call and we will research up to five zip codes for you. Try to find zip codes in commercial areas near you (not residential). Do you have a store in Jackson? We don’t have an actual store, but we do keep a large selection of our puzzles for sale at our offices located in the Jackson Falls Marketplace, next to the Post Office in beautiful downtown Jackson Village. You can visit us during office hours, 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday (we’re not open on public holidays). If you’re going to be in the area and you’re looking for a particular puzzle, it’s a good idea to give us a call a few days before so we can be sure to have it here when you visit. Do you have factory tours? No. Our puzzles are produced for us in Massachusetts and Indiana. Do you sell puzzle frames? No, we do not. If you Google “puzzle frames” you’ll find a few places that carry them in a range of prices. I’m not sure if I have your latest catalog. We publish a new catalog once a year and mail it out in the Fall. Once you’re on our mailing list, you’re there for good and will receive any new publications.
