James Mellett Jigsaw Puzzles
James Mellett is a Pittsburgh native and has been a freelance illustrator for over 30 years. Jim has completed over 50 large montage illustrations for White Mountain Puzzles. Some of Jim's most popular jigsaw puzzle titles are TV History, Movies, The Eighties, and Rock 'n' Roll. He has exhibited at Society of Illustrators/LA, Illustration West 39th Annual Show, Kipp Gallery at IUP, Senator John Heinz History Center, Renaissance Gallery in Carnegie, PA; James Gallery, Create-A-Frame Handworks Gallery, and frequently at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Gallery. James has also won awards for his sports art in the Beckett Magazine Annual Sports Art Gallery. James is a founding member of the Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators (PSI), the second largest illustrator’s society in the United States, and served in the position of secretary for many of the groups early years. He lives in Mt. Lebanon, a Pittsburgh suburb, with wife, Jan, and daughter, Kathryn
