Steve Crisp was educated at St. Martin's School of Art in London in the late 1970s. He is internationally known as an award-winning artist, illustrator and photographer. Steve has become hugely popular with White Mountain Puzzlers for his nostalgic depictions of village life in the English countryside, pre-Boots Chemists and other chain stores. He takes us back to the days when a stroll through the high street could provide all of one's needs, from gardening goods to pets, toys & books, to the greengrocer, the baker and the purveyor of sweets. He also gives us glimpses into family life in small towns and charming homes we would just love to move into!
